What to include

Include the tool URL, expected result, actual result, browser name, operating system, and whether the problem happens with one file or every file.

Do not send private documents

Avoid emailing IDs, contracts, tax files, medical files, student records, or confidential business documents. Describe the issue with page counts, file size, and file type instead.
